Respect to Lead… Employees in an organization are perhaps the most important entity, the parts that keep the engine running. In the 21st century, employees are not only protected by laws but also recognized not as mindless entities but actively responsible assets that determine the success of a business. As humans, employees act the way they are made to feel.
